This is an introduction to a case where a blockage occurs at the discharge section of a bag filter in a facility manufacturing secondary battery materials, and there is a desire for stable discharge. We lent our equipment to the user, who installed it in a small square hopper for testing. Since it was a square hopper, we installed a total of four units, one near each side of the discharge section. As a result, the bridging phenomenon was resolved, but some residual material remained in the four corners. Based on the experimental results, we added four more units slightly above the discharge section, positioned towards the corners of each side.
